Tracey Lee Cassin is a New Zealand-born creative whose art practice is based at Lake Rotoma, in the Bay Of Plenty.
Her childhood was one surrounded by imagination and creativity, making and creating.
Her Grandmother in her younger days painted still life, her Uncle used charcoal for portraiture, her mother sketched in pen and pencil and used oils, and her father and brother explored custom spray painting art.
An early memory is one of gathering clay from a creek bank across the road from where she lived, sculpting small bowls and painting them.
She regards her creative practice as multi-faceted, therefore the combination of photography and digital manipulation has been a natural creative journey moving forward.
It takes my love for photography to a more creative platform of manipulated imagery. There truly are no limitations to what is able to be created.
As a free-style, freedom-loving, free-spirited artist this medium offers an adventure that inspires and activates a deep soulful passion for exploratory and experimental creations.
Her work is in worldwide private collections, has been published in books, and magazines, and is also exhibited physically and in online galleries.
Tracey Lee's full-time practice continues to expand and grow, she has won over eighty International awards for art, photography and digital art.
