I have spoken before about 'Hattie McDaniel',
most famously known for her role as Mammie in 'Gone With The Wind'.
About 5 years ago I had the privilege to create some Hattie photographic quotes
for Kevin John Goff (Hatties Great Grand Nephew - International Speaker/Filmmaker/Humanitarian).
Kevin is an extraordinarily talented man
whom I have through the years become special friends with.
He has an amazing vision to share Hattie McDaniels complete story
via a feature documentary, her website, a podcast, and a storyboard/illustrative book project.
Eventually, there are plans to also produce a feature film on her life.
However, the ultimate goal is to create a foundation that will be instrumental in assisting individuals that need funding, industry mentorship, increased opportunities and industry training for those who are struggling to advance within the entertainment industry.
