Thought I would tell you more about what's happening in the studio.
Research, research and more research about Geishas.
It all began as a child, with my mother's love of Japanese geisha dolls, Japanese traditional clothing and my memories of this.
The aim is to revisit this and create a body of work in the form of paintings, drawings, photography, and other bits and pieces. ( Can't reveal it all just now ;) )
I have had this idea for some years now.
It is so exciting to finally progress with it.
