THE COMMISSION PROCESS:
How do I own a custom-created oceanic painting?
It's easy!
And will be painted exclusively for you!
The paintings I create are painted intuitively but based on a physical scene along with the contemporary sea colours, movement of the water and the emotions that the scene communicates to me on a spiritual level.
It is these elements that I bring together to create the final artwork.

This is how we curate from start to finish:
1. You provide an original photograph of a coastline, ocean scene. Or I can provide some images of Oceanic scenes I have already painted as inspiration. (Do look at the styles offered images) :)
Your role is to work with me to create the outline; my role is to create the artwork.
Remember that the whole process is about my interpretation - as the artist - of the outline that we create.
This may lead to directions that were not envisaged by either of us, and this is an exciting part of the creative process.
2. Before painting begins a deposit of 30% is paid. The full commission price is discussed prior to deposit payment, as this varies on the size of the commission piece requested.
3. I paint the artwork.You provide feedback once completed (if you are not local, then I send the images electronically).
4. Commission Framing:
Box canvas or framing of the lose canvas sheet is not included in the commission price. But I can show examples or guide you on what may compliment your completed artwork.
5. Once final payment is received the artwork is shipped to your home.
